Return Policy


Taws believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Due to any circumstance, if you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by sending an e-mail to info@shoptaws.com and we can cancel the order but only if the request is made WITHIN 6 hour of placing the order and the payment will be reversed back to you.

No cancellations/returns are entertained for orders placed for Special Promotions/Occasions or on Sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.


In case the product received has any technical or manufacturing defects, please notify us within 6 hour of receiving the product with your order number at info@shoptaws.com or fill out the contact us form and we will replace the product.


If you wish to exchange your product after receiving your initial product, kindly inform us within 7 days but free shipping will not apply in that case. And if the second product is of lesser value than the initial product, in that case a credit voucher of the remaining value will be provided to you.

Kindly note the following conditions for return:

  • Products should be unused
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

NOTE: Taws does not have any refund policy.

General leather characteristics:

Kindly note, colors delivered to you on product may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor. Also, leather is a natural material and a slight variation is bound to appear in each item. All products are hand crafted; hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design. Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do NOT qualify as defects. Products are only designed seeing and keeping in mind all the above-mentioned factors. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other, as no two skins are the same. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.
